ShotGram

Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026 · Contact: support@shotgram.app

By creating or using a ShotGram account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account and age

You must be at least 13 years old, or older where the law in your country requires a higher minimum age. Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials private and do not use ShotGram to evade an account suspension.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give ShotGram the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and display that content so the service can function, including feeds, Explore, direct messages, notifications and clan communities.

Content and conduct rules

Do not post, send, stream or organise communities around content or behaviour that violates law or puts people at risk. This includes:

Clans and community spaces

Users can create clans with unique names/tags and organise text and voice channels. Clan owners may assign officers and channel permissions, but clan rules never override ShotGram's Terms or moderation decisions. App staff may moderate, modify or remove clans, channels, messages or memberships where necessary for safety, abuse prevention, platform integrity or enforcement. A clan name or tag does not create ownership of another person's trademark or identity.

Verified businesses and sponsored posts

Businesses verified by ShotGram (green badge) may agree a separate written contract with ShotGram to show some of their public posts as Sponsored. Sponsored posts are always labelled and must follow these Terms and the laws of the State of Qatar; ShotGram may review, refuse or stop any sponsored post at any time. Business plans, prices and the number of ad views are set only in that contract — nothing is sold or paid for inside the app. Every user can hide a business's sponsored posts.

Moderation, reports and blocking

ShotGram provides reporting and blocking controls. Authorised staff may review reports and take action including removing content, restricting features, changing a community's status, suspending an account or permanently terminating access. Appeals and safety questions can be sent to support@shotgram.app.

Device permissions and notifications

Features such as camera capture, voice/video calls, contact matching and push notifications require optional operating-system permissions. You can deny or revoke those permissions; some related features may then be unavailable.

Ending your account

You may delete your account from Settings → Delete account, or follow the instructions at Delete my data. ShotGram may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or present a security/safety risk.

Service availability

ShotGram is provided on an as-available basis. Features can change, experience interruptions or be removed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotGram is not liable for indirect or incidental losses caused by service interruption or user-generated content.

Changes

These terms may change. Material changes may be announced in the app or otherwise communicated as required.
