Terms of Service

By creating a ShotGram account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your country requires it. One account per person and per email address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Content rules

You keep ownership of everything you post. You give ShotGram a licence to host, store and display it so the service can work. Do not post:

• Sexual content involving minors, or any sexual exploitation. This is reported to the authorities and the account is removed permanently.
• Nudity or sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or gore.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content attacking people for who they are.
• Content promoting self-harm, terrorism, or illegal goods and services.
• Spam, scams, impersonation, or content you have no right to share.

Moderation

Anyone can report a post, comment, message or account from the ⋯ menu, and can block another user. Reports are reviewed by ShotGram staff, who may remove content, restrict, suspend or permanently delete an account. Appeals go to support@shotgram.app.

Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or as described at delete my data. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty

ShotGram is provided as it is, without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent the law allows.

Changes

These terms may change; material changes are announced in the app before they take effect.
